Our inter-hospital critical care transfer system

Our ARCCTS software gives critical care and inter-hospital transfer teams the ability to easily and accurately complete electronic patient care records anywhere. It also provides intuitive data reporting and audit tools ensuring greater service insights and complete compliance. Our solution can be accessed via web-browsers and our native iOS App.

Easy raising of transfer requests

New requests can be added quickly via our intelligent forms, so your team spends more clinical time with the patient. This can be done anywhere via our app, which is built for mobility. 

Once the transfer or retrieval request has been accepted, it can be assigned to the most appropriate team with all information available on the transfer team’s iPad. They can then easily create EPCRs with details of any illnesses, injuries, continuous care intervention, allergies, medication taken, safeguarding, NHS numbers and more.

Patient Observations

Accurate observations on a patient’s condition during all stages of a transport can be recorded in our survey tool. Details of any injuries, clinical interventions and drug administration is recorded and plotted onto a visual body map. Bluetooth connectivity is available for linking up with observation equipment within your vehicles. Our intuitive forms also help reduce human error by preventing any data outside of expected parameters to be entered. 

We’ve made this feature quick and easy so clinicians spend less time recording and more time providing patient care.

Efficient patient handover

We’ve made the patient handover process simple with ARCCTS so the continuance of care is fast and accurate. 

Once the receiving clinician approves the electronic patient care record and adds in any final notes (which can also be dictated using speech-to-text functionality) it locks the record. A PDF can then be created and emailed or printed out. This contains clinical details that the team recorded during the incident, which ensures a fast and clear flow of vital patient information from clinician to clinician

Complete compliance

We understand the needs of our customers when it comes to clinical governance. This is why ARCCTS gives you a range of reporting and audit options so you can provide data, evidence and assurance needed for internal reporting, Clinical Commissioning Groups and the Care Quality Commission. 

Every action recorded during a transfer or retrieval is time-stamped so you have accurate logs of all interventions, drugs administered and more down to an individual patient level. This gives our customers the control over their data whether organisation-wide or an individual clinician’s professional compliance.

Reporting & Audit Tools

Users can report and carry out audits on all vital clinical data in ARCCTS e.g. response times, transport durations, drugs administered, stock levels and expiry dates, numbers of interventions performed etc. And for security, administrators have full control over which users can access specific data.   

Our powerful range of reports take the hassle out of gathering data for internal and external stakeholders. This data can then be used for learning and training at an organisation or individual level.

Monitor Integrations

We also offer integrations with patient monitors and defibrillators like the Zoll X Series. This allows patient observations to be accurately recorded directly into our software and frees up the team carrying out the transfer to be focused on the patient and not the software.
